Testing report of Green color 14" Abrasive cutting wheel / cut off wheel  on steel bar with diameter 40mm 

1:  After 10 cuts on  the metal steel bar with diameter 40mm , the 14" abrasive cut off wheel rest size is 338mm ( orginal size is 350mm) ;

2:  Iit take 3.5 minutes to finish 10 cuts testing . 18-25seconds / cut  to cut off steel bar during  test  process .

1: What is the difference of your diffrent color 14" abrasive cut off wheel ? 

We use the same high quality material to manufacture the abrasive cut off wheel , abrasive cutting wheel , but use diffrent production art to harden the abrasive cut off wheel and cutting wheel , so that the diffrent color cut off wheel and cutting wheel have diffrent main character as follows , 

1) : Main character of  black color abrasive cut off wheel is longer using life time . For eacmple,   

4" green cutting wheel test on 16mm stainless bar , can have 35cuts at least;  

 Black 4" cut off wheel can have 45 cuts at least on stainless 16mm ; 

2) : Main character of green / red / orginal color abrasive cut off wheel and cutting wheel is higher efficience and beautiful apperance.
